Here at Class Active we're a firm believer in,

How we feel in the gym, at home, or out directly affects how we perform. In the world of sports psychology this phrase actually holds a lot of merit. The idea boils down to two things: enclothed cognition and self-efficacy.
Enclothed cognition is the direct influence clothing (what you are wearing or what someone else may be wearing) has on a person’s emotions.
Let me break it down for you. Think of the difference you feel wearing your practice pinnie vs. your game jersey. Even though you are playing the same sport or doing the same activities you feel more hype and typically perform better when you are actually wearing your game day fit.
Self-Efficacy, on the other hand, is a person's belief in their ability to complete a task or achieve a goal.
Basically, it's a persons confidence in themselves. When a player is dressed well they typically feel they are more effective and able to perform at a higher level.
We want every person to have the confidence to perform to their greatest abilities by providing high quality, supportive and stunning activewear.
